Research

The research around Social Emotional Learning (SEL) claims a variety of positive outcomes. For further information: What Does the Research Say? – CASEL. In addition, SELECT coaching and consultancy loves the tools and strategies from the Social Thinking Methodology: Socialthinking – Social Thinking. Their concepts and programs have proven to be highly successful for teaching social and emotional awareness, as well as self-regulation and social skills. Teaching executive function strategies will empower children to learn how to learn and problem-solve flexibly, which will lead to increased self-confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic, which are the gateways to academic and life success.
